BIENAL BRASILEIRA DE DESIGN: SELECTED PROJECT
Deli&Co. was created to inspire and elevate the cooking experience by making high-quality products and culinary techniques more accessible in the digital space. In 2022, a change in their foundry supplier opened the door to redesign their essential kit: the Skillet and the Dutch Oven.

_Somehow they handed me this project even though I’m not a product designer, just an enthusiast who’s probably been too opinionated about their previous products ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Along the process, we also identified excess material. With a new design approach, we reduced the weight of the pans by 20%, improving handling and cutting down shipping and logistics costs. The new design refined handles, knobs, spouts, lids, drippers, proportions, grip points, and overall weight.

To ensure precision and integrity in production, constant dialogue between the design team and the technical team (responsible for specifications and modeling) was key.
